Packaging and transit time

All our figures are sent carefully packed, in their original box or in a gift box, so that you receive them in perfect condition. Along with the figure, a card with the limited edition serial number will be sent to you (on the Elisa figures), as well as some catalogs or brochures. Jewelry items will also be shipped perfectly protected.

Our parcels are shipped by the international courier TNT Worldwide (from the FedEx Group) with the exception of shipments under 2 kg that are sent through the Post Office.

The transit time of shipments with TNT Worldwide will depend on the destination, but as a general rule it is 5-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-10 business days for shipments within the European Union. These terms will be somewhat longer in those cases in which the purchased product has been exhausted and we must request it from the factory. For shipments with Correos, delivery times are also 5-7 working days in Spain, and 10-15 days in the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on different factors, such as measures of the package, weight, whether it is a domestic or international shipping, etc. During the checkout process, the shipping charges will automatically appear according to a pre-established scale.

Destinations

We send our products to anywhere in Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands), as well as the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. In some countries the delivery time may be slightly higher depending on customs procedures.

If you want to order a product from a non-EU country, please contact us and we will inform you of the chance to carry it out and, where appropriate, of the amount of postage.
